Citizenm Tower Of London Hotel

The hotel's location was fantastic, near the underground and with a good breakfast. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily, and the self-service model was disappointing for the price paid. Limited food options and no room service, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just stayed at a hotel right next to Tower of London! LOVED the view of ToL from the room. Breakfast not included but worth it for fresh juices. Would choose it again. Emotions better than photos!

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people by ensuring that the children of the staff are mindful of the movie selections accessible through the room iPad, providing a more considerate and family-friendly experience for all guests.

Omg, the location was incredible, literally next to the tube station🚇. The view of the tower of london from my room was 💯. Just wish breakfast was included😕. Staff were so friendly!

The seamless integration of the iPad-controlled room features made me feel like I had my own virtual assistant, elevating my stay to a whole new level of convenience and comfort.

I had a fantastic stay here! This place had an unbeatable location right in front of a famous tourist attraction. The service was impeccable and staff were always available to help. The room amenities were top-notch such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sink, and free toiletries, all controlled via an ipad. Plus, the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.
